However, in today’s overextended work environments, the ability to say "no" strategically is one of the most critical skills a leader can possess.

It’s not about refusal; it’s about prioritization, boundary-setting, and making space for what truly matters.

The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say ‘no’ to almost everything.
