Visioning vs. Visualization
Visioning helps you translate your dreams into specific, meaningful intentions for each area of life. Define the future you desire, creating clarity about what matters most.
It's a broader, often collective process that involves creating a shared understanding of a desired future.
It typically engages groups or stakeholders in discussions to articulate their aspirations and goals.
This process encourages participants to reflect on their current situation and envision what they want to achieve in the long term.
Visualization is a more individual and practical technique that involves mentally picturing and rehearsing specific goals or outcomes.
It is primarily a cognitive exercise that helps individuals clarify their objectives and the steps necessary to bring that vision to life.
Together, they make a roadmap and the momentum to follow it.

R = Release and Receive
A = Acknowledge and Ask
B = Be and Believe
S = Share

In short, start with gratitude.
Release old thoughts about yourself and be receptive to receiving the "new." Once you open your mind, be prepared to receive.
Acknowledge your progress and ask for guidance on the right path.
Be yourself- be authentic. Believe with such firm conviction that you know your dreams will manifest. Believe that anything and everything is possible.
Finally, share the bounty received.
