As work changes faster than ever, conscious leadership isn’t just a concept; it’s essential.
Yet, too many leaders stay in the comfort zone of ideas—discussing the principles of conscious leadership without putting them into practice.

Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 4 for each statement.
1 = Rarely
2 = Sometimes
3 = Often
4 = Consistently
Section 1: Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence (20 Points)

Scoring and Interpretation:
Total Score: Add up your ratings for each statement. The total possible score is 100.
Score Interpretation:
85-100:
You are a highly conscious leader, demonstrating self-awareness, empathy, and long-term thinking in your daily actions.
Continue to refine your approach to maintain a positive impact.
65-84:
You are on your way to becoming a conscious leader.
Focus on the areas where you scored lower to deepen your practice and create a greater positive impact.
45-64:
You have a basic understanding of conscious leadership but may struggle with consistency.
Consider prioritizing one or two areas to improve in the next few months.
Below 45:
This is an opportunity for significant growth.
Reflect on where you can make changes, and seek out mentorship or resources to help strengthen your conscious leadership skills.
