In gratitude, I appreciate each one of you.

When we have an attitude of gratitude things show up for us in unexpected and often generous ways.

When we are focused on and looking for growth that is what we tend to see.

I made a choice not to publish this issue yesterday which is the usual day, but rather to wait until today, New Year’s Day.

Happy New Year 2024!

It has been a tremendous year of growth for me

Many of you found me by way of LinkedIn.

I have very much appreciated the growth I experienced there.

And I am not done with growth.

In fact, I just challenged myself even more.

In keeping with the ideology that stepping out of the comfort zone brings growth, I just stepped out of my comfort zone, yet again.

Not only has it been busy this holiday season, it was extra busy for me as I just moved.

There were unexpected challenges involved.

I was pleasantly surprised how I navigated each of many time sensitive benchmarks to get through them successfully.

This new transition was brought about for a greater growth phase.

More to come on this!

I hope that you take some quality time to reflect on what went well for you this past year.

For anything that may have come up short, perhaps you found valuable lessons in that.

Also I wish you a smooth transition into a powerful 2024.

It is important to be clear on what you seek, and to have an action plan in place to achieve just that.

Remember: anything above zero counts for action and progress!
