In Nature I noticed a Signal
While out on a nature walk I noticed a sign with a meaningful quote.
I knew the quote - yet seeing it where I saw it - when I saw it - was a thoughtful signal.
“Listen to silence. It has so much to say.” - Rumi
This sign as a signal was good to see.
As the end of the first month of Q4 is closing fast and the fall season is showing itself in the Northern Hemisphere it was a timely reminder to focus on what is important.
We work with what we control.
I experienced a technical challenge getting this issue out to you all, hence it is coming later than preferred.
All resolved - here we have issue # 31.
Thank you for your continued interest in my newsletter!

Growth
I have really challenged myself in the recent six months.
Now I am reaping the fruits of my labors.
I started this weekly newsletter in late March 2023, now on issue #31.
I was involved in a few business relationships that were not holding their promise for some time.
We had to face that.
Some of us grew apart - that was progress just to recognize that.
Some others of us were able to re-align and commit to new beneficial working partnerships.
And there were new introductions altogether that seemed - meant to be.
Then alignment started to show up.
I have gotten a few public recognitions for my growth and contributions recently.
This does not feel so different internally to me, though it is reinforcing to see that my work is being noticed publicly.
I talk about self-leadership often.
These are all great milestones in personal self-leadership.
More to come on this…
Heart-Centered Leadership
Heart-Centered Leadership is a philosophy that emphasizes leading with compassion, empathy, and focus on the well-being of individuals and organizations.
The concept does not have one single source or founder but has evolved as response to various leadership paradigms and societal changes and observation of needs.
Here are a few Key Qualities of Heart-Centered Leadership:

Heart-Centered Leadership is a holistic approach that benefits both the leaders themselves and their organizations.
By coaching executives, and leaders to lead with their hearts we can create more compassionate, ethical, and effective leaders who foster positive work environments and achieve sustainable success.
