Intervals Of Service, my first book, is now entering its presales campaign, and I want to begin with thank you.

To everyone who has read Leading Greats, shared an issue, replied to one, sent it to a colleague, or simply kept showing up each week, thank you. You are the reason I started this newsletter in the first place.

I wanted a place to think about the things that matter to people who take their work, their leadership, and their living experiences seriously. A place to explore the questions that sit beneath professional success.

What happens when the role changes? When the organization changes? When a career takes an unexpected turn? When the definition of success you worked so hard to achieve no longer answers the question in front of you?

This book began in COVID-19, pre vaccine, when none of us were sure how much more time we had. I had just experienced an interval change in leadership work. I had a special need to be of greater service, and that need started this book.

Those same questions, about role, about change, about what success makes possible, eventually became Intervals Of Service.

This is not a memoir or a biography. It is a book about work, success, change, service, and what becomes possible when one professional interval gives way to another. I share personal challenges, incredible realities, and intervals of success.

I wrote every word myself, the experiences, the thinking, and the conclusions are mine.

After more than four decades of professional experience, I finally put them together in a book I believe can serve people at a very particular point in their careers.
