A leader's sharpest asset is not their network or their title.

The goal was never to do more.

It was to show up sharper for what only you can do.

AI earns its place when it gets you there.

Not before.

Cognitive load is not a buzzword.

It is what separates your 9am call from your 4pm one.

Leaders who protect it make better calls longer into the day,

deeper into the quarter,

and clearer under pressure.
