Here’s how to know what this moment is actually asking from you:
Use my C.A.R.D.™ Method - a sharp, four-part checkpoint to assess whether you’re ready to accelerate, pause, or pivot with precision.
C — Capacity
Do you have the space - mentally, emotionally, logistically - to take on more?
If you’re stretched thin, pushing harder won’t get you ahead. It gets you depleted.
A — Audit
Your environment shapes your outcomes.
Who you spend time with, what you listen to, and the expectations you accept all influence your direction.
If you’ve changed, your circle may need to shift too.
R — Readiness
Are you grounded enough to take meaningful action - not just reactive motion?
Readiness means you can execute without spiraling into doubt or burnout.
D — Desire
Are you still drawn to this goal - or just attached to finishing what no longer inspires you?
Letting go of the wrong thing makes room for the right one.
