Try This: The 3x3 Recalibration
Block 30 minutes. One page. Three rows.
Row 1: 3 things you’re carrying that no longer serve you.
Habits, roles, expectations, outdated metrics - name them without justifying.
Row 2: 3 things you’ve been avoiding that deserve your attention.
Conversations, decisions, investments of time or courage - write them down, plainly.
Row 3: 3 things you will now protect with stronger boundaries.
Your energy, focus, standards - define what earns your full capacity.
