Ask:

What do I know is true - no assumptions, no habits?

What am I accepting just because it’s familiar?

If I started from zero, what would I build differently?

2. Second-Order Thinking: Play the Long Game

Solving one issue while creating five more is easy - if you’re not careful.

Ask:

If this works, what happens next?

How will this decision hold up a year from now?

Am I solving a symptom or creating a new one?

3. Root Cause Analysis: Solve It at the Source

Recurring problems usually have one thing in common.

Solving systems takes focus - and saves time later.

4. The OODA Loop: Respond with Precision

Great decisions come from fast awareness, not fast reactions.

OODA = Observe, Orient, Decide, Act.

Ask:

What’s actually happening right now - without filters?

What needs to adjust based on this new information?

What’s the best next move - not the easiest one?

This model gives you speed without sloppiness.

It turns pressure into presence.
